Types of trail dirt bikes
Trail dirt bikes come in two main engine configurations: two-stroke and four-stroke. Each type has its strengths and is suited to different riding styles and preferences.

Two-stroke dirt bikes:

Lighter weight and simpler design
Snappy, explosive power delivery
Requires more frequent maintenance
Typically less expensive
Four-stroke dirt bikes:

Smoother, more linear power delivery
Better low-end torque for technical riding
More complex engine design
Generally heavier but requires less maintenance
In addition to engine type, trail dirt bikes are available in a range of sizes to accommodate riders of different heights and skill levels. Common displacements include 125cc, 250cc, 300cc, and 450cc.
